You work with nonprofit organizations that want to create impact but often lack the time, resources, or funding expertise. You provide structure, clarity, and confidence throughout the entire application process. You make sure that good projects don't fail because of funding logic or formal errors.

You are not a form-filler. You are a professional sparring partner and quality authority in the funding process.

As a Grant Writer, you take professional responsibility for demanding funding applications in the nonprofit context. You work in a structured way, use digital and AI-supported workflows, and ensure that applications are logically structured, compliant with funding rules, and convincing in content.

You work closely with clients, internal teams, and our platform, and actively bring your experience into our standards and processes.

Analysis and assessment of funding programs at the EU, federal, and state level for nonprofit organizations. Classification of funding logics, requirements, and formal prerequisites. Development of complete application packages including project logic, measures, goals, KPIs, and budget rationale. Ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and ancillary provisions. Advising nonprofit organizations on structuring and sharpening their project ideas. Using the AntragPlus platform for research, structuring, text creation, and documentation. Preparation and review of interim and proof-of-use reports. Quality assurance across multiple parallel projects. Further development of templates, standards, and best practices. Professional review and support for less experienced colleagues.
