As Head of Finance, you are responsible for the entire finance function of AntragPlus — from controlling and reporting through liquidity planning to strategic financial planning and investor-facing communication. You build robust structures, create transparency for management and investors, and guide AntragPlus through a decisive growth phase.

This role is both strategic and operational. You give the organization financial clarity and create the foundation for scalable decisions.

Overall responsibility for accounting, controlling, liquidity planning, and financial reporting. Building and further developing robust financial processes, structures, and internal control systems. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as budget planning. Responsibility for cash-flow management and safeguarding liquidity. Preparing and conducting investor discussions, reportings, and due-diligence processes. Tax planning and coordination with tax advisors and auditors. Analyzing revenue, cost, and margin drivers as well as deriving strategic recommendations for action. Close collaboration with management, sales, and product on the financial evaluation of growth initiatives.

Quality and timeliness of financial reporting. Forecast accuracy and planning reliability for management and investors. Financial stability and transparency during the growth phase. Efficiency and scalability of the financial processes you build.

Several years of experience in a leading finance function, ideally in a SaaS, startup, or scale-up environment. Sound understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) and investor-oriented financial management. Experience with annual financial statements, tax coordination, and audit processes. Analytical strength and the ability to communicate complex financial relationships clearly. High level of personal responsibility, reliability, and a structured way of working. Very good German skills, spoken and written; good English skills an advantage.

This role is positioned at senior leadership level. Depending on the company's development, prospects include growing into a CFO function as well as helping shape strategic financing rounds and M&A processes.
