Your role

As Head of Marketing, you are responsible for the entire marketing strategy of AntragPlus — from brand positioning through content and SEO to performance channels and campaign management. You continue to build out our marketing function strategically, lead a growing team, and work closely with Sales, Product, and management.

AntragPlus has one of the strongest inbound pipelines in the nonprofit sector. Your job is to scale this demand systematically, sharpen the brand, and establish marketing as a strategic growth lever.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You develop the big picture and implement it yourself.

What you'll do

Overall responsibility for marketing strategy, brand communication, and channel management. Developing and implementing content strategies for SEO, social media, and email marketing. Managing and further developing inbound lead generation with a clear focus on qualified pipeline. Planning and controlling the marketing budget as well as ROI responsibility across all channels. Building and leading the marketing team as well as managing external service providers and agencies. Close coordination with Sales for seamless handoffs and shared campaign logic. Market observation, competitive analysis, and identifying new growth potential. Helping shape product and pricing communication in close collaboration with Product and management.

How we'll measure success

Quality and volume of the inbound leads generated. Conversion rates along the funnel. Brand awareness and reach in the target market. Efficiency of the marketing budget and a demonstrable contribution to revenue.

Your profile

Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS or platform environment. Demonstrable success in scaling inbound marketing and lead generation. A solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, and marketing automation. Experience leading teams and managing external partners. An analytical mindset and confident handling of marketing KPIs and tracking systems. High personal accountability, a drive to shape things, and entrepreneurial thinking. Very good written and spoken German; good English skills an advantage.

This role is positioned at senior leadership level. Depending on performance and company development, prospects include helping shape the go-to-market setup, building a complete marketing organization, and expanded strategic responsibility at management level.
