Your role

As Executive Assistant to the Management, you work directly with the founder and CEO and ensure that management is maximally able to act. You take on operational and strategic tasks, coordinate cross-departmental topics, and make sure that important decisions receive the right information at the right time.

This role is the most direct way to understand the inner workings of a growing tech startup from the ground up. You work across departments, spot patterns before others see them, and bring structure to a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Direct support of the CEO with operational and strategic day-to-day tasks. Coordination and follow-up of company-wide projects and initiatives. Preparation of decision documents, presentations, and reports for management and investors. Organization and follow-up of internal meetings, board sessions, and external conversations. Communication with external partners, service providers, and stakeholders on behalf of management. Research and analysis on strategic questions and market topics. Identification and removal of operational bottlenecks in close collaboration with all departments. Taking on your own projects and special topics with full responsibility.

How we'll measure success

Relieving management by proactively taking on operational responsibility. Quality and reliability of reports and decision documents. Smooth coordination and follow-up of company-wide initiatives. Independent execution of assigned projects within the agreed timeframe.

Your profile

Initial experience in a similar role, in a startup, a management consultancy, or a structured corporate environment. Strong organizational skills and a high degree of personal responsibility and discretion. Quick comprehension and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment. Clear, dependable communication in speech and writing. Confident handling of digital tools, project management platforms, and common office applications. Very good German language skills in speech and writing, good English skills an advantage.
