Your role
As a Founders Associate, you work directly with the founder and CEO and take independent ownership of strategic projects that make the difference for AntragPlus. You are wherever topics don't yet have a clear home: new market segments, product initiatives, partnerships, internal processes, fundraising preparation, or hiring sprints. You structure, decide, execute — and hand off as soon as an initiative deserves its own team.
This role is entrepreneurial, generalist, and results-accountable. You work across departments, think in hypotheses and experiments, and bring pace, clarity, and structure to a fast-growing tech startup.
What you'll do
Independently take ownership of strategic projects from the first hypothesis through to implementation. Build new initiatives in areas such as go-to-market, operations, partnerships, product, or internationalization. Structure complex questions into clear options, decision proposals, and roadmaps for management. Prepare investor updates, board materials, pitches, and strategic analyses. Identify and remove operational bottlenecks together with Sales, Marketing, Funding, Finance, and Product. Build and iterate on internal processes, KPIs, and reporting until they are ready to hand off. Take on individual hiring or vendor processes with full responsibility. Act as a sparring partner to the CEO on strategic decisions, market topics, and prioritization.
How we'll measure success
Measurable progress on the strategic projects you take on within clear timeframes. Quality, depth, and decision-readiness of the proposals and analyses you produce. The number and effectiveness of the initiatives you move from concept into operation. Clean handoffs to the responsible teams without friction. Relieving the CEO on the topics you own.
Your profile
Initial relevant experience in a fast-growing startup, a top management consultancy, in venture capital, or in a comparable generalist role. Strongly developed analytical skills and the ability to quickly translate complex topics into workable structures. Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal ownership, and the ambition not just to analyze topics but to bring them into operation. Very good communication skills toward management, the team, and external stakeholders. Confident handling of data, models, and digital tools, as well as a good sense for priorities in a dynamic environment. Very good written and spoken German and English.
Growth path
This role is designed as an entrepreneurial springboard position. Possible development paths, depending on your strengths and interests, include Chief of Staff, head-of roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Product, your own GM responsibility for a new segment, or building a new business unit.
