Your role
As Head of Sales, you are responsible for the entire sales organization of AntragPlus — strategy, structure, leadership, and revenue. You build our sales team, develop scalable processes, and ensure that one of the strongest inbound pipelines in the nonprofit sector turns into sustainable, predictable revenue.
AntragPlus has more than 25,000 leads per year with clear market demand and constant inbound. Your task is to translate this momentum into a professional sales organization — with clear structures, strong coaching, and consistent revenue ownership.
This role is leadership and closing in one. You lead, you shape, and you close deals yourself when it matters.
What you'll do
Overall responsibility for sales strategy, revenue planning, and target achievement. Building, leading, and developing the sales team (SDRs, Account Executives, Senior Sales Managers). Developing and implementing scalable sales processes, playbooks, and qualification logic. Responsibility for pipeline quality, forecast reliability, and CRM hygiene. Close collaboration with marketing on aligned funnel strategies and campaign logic. Coaching and performance management of the team with clear development paths. Reporting to management and co-shaping the go-to-market strategy. Independently closing strategically important deals.
How we'll measure success
Revenue target achievement and growth rate of the sales organization. Close rates, average deal value, and sales cycle length. Pipeline quality and forecast accuracy. Team performance, turnover, and the development of individual team members.
Your profile
Several years of experience in B2B sales with demonstrable leadership responsibility. A clear track record in scaling sales organizations, ideally in a SaaS or platform environment. Experience building and coaching full-cycle sales teams. Strategic thinking combined with an operational, hands-on mentality. Confident use of CRM systems, sales KPIs, and data-driven management. A confident presence with decision-makers at management and board level. Excellent written and spoken German.
Growth path
This role sits at the senior leadership level. Depending on performance and company development, prospects include expansion to a VP Sales or CCO function, as well as co-shaping the entire go-to-market organization.
