Your role

As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first touchpoint in AntragPlus's sales and growth funnel. You work closely with sales and product, take ownership of the early phase of the customer journey, and ensure structured qualification and a clear assessment of needs. With over 25,000 leads per year, you work in a setup with high market demand, constant inbound, and clear scaling dynamics.

What you'll do

Qualifying incoming leads against clearly defined criteria. Actively making first contact with potential organizations by phone, email, and video. Conducting structured discovery calls to assess funding readiness, project status, and decision-making capability. Preparing and handing over qualified opportunities to sales and consulting. Responsibility for pipeline quality, clean handovers, and CRM data hygiene. Continuously optimizing call scripts, qualification logic, and outreach processes. Close collaboration with marketing to improve conversion rates along the funnel.

How we'll measure success

The quality and decision-readiness of the qualified conversations. Conversion from first contact to a qualified consultation. Show rate and reliability of appointment handovers. Sustainability and forecast quality of the pipeline.

Growth path

This role is intended as an entry point into a clear growth and development path. With the right performance, advancement is possible toward Account Executive, Account Management, or specialization in specific organization types or funding contexts.

What you bring

  • Initial experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or as an SDR
  • An understanding of structured qualification and discovery processes
  • A confident presence with managing directors, board members, or project leads
  • A high degree of ownership, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • A structured, data-driven way of working
  • Technical affinity and confident use of CRM systems and digital tools
  • Excellent written and spoken German
