Your role

As Senior Sales Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process at AntragPlus — from the qualified first contact through to closing and the structured handover into account support. You work closely with SDRs, consulting, and product, and carry direct responsibility for revenue, close rates, and forecast reliability.

AntragPlus has one of the largest lead pipelines from the nonprofit sector in the German-speaking market. With over 25,000 leads per year, you work in a setup with high market demand, strong inbound, and clear scaling dynamics. Your task is to develop sustainable revenue from this demand and to actively advance the sales process.

This role is senior, results-accountable, and hands-on. You close deals yourself and set the standards.

What you'll do

Responsibility for the entire sales cycle from discovery to closing

Conducting in-depth consultative conversations with decision-makers from management, executive boards, and leadership level

Structured needs analysis in the context of funding, organization, budget, and decision-making processes

Development of suitable offer and contract structures

Independent closing and revenue responsibility

Maintaining, managing, and forecasting your own pipeline in the CRM

Close collaboration with SDRs to optimize handovers and deal quality

Feedback to product and marketing from the market

Helping shape and further develop sales processes, arguments, and pricing logics

How we'll measure success

Success in this role is measured, among other things, by:

Close rate and average deal value

Revenue contribution and target achievement

Forecast accuracy and pipeline quality

Duration and efficiency of the sales cycle

Quality of handovers into consulting and customer support

Your profile

Several years of experience in B2B sales with full-cycle responsibility

Demonstrable closing successes, ideally in a SaaS, consulting, or complex solution environment

Experience dealing with products that require explanation and with longer decision-making processes

Confident presence with management, executive boards, and decision-making bodies

High level of self-responsibility, results orientation, and decisiveness

Structured, data-driven way of working and confident handling of CRM systems

Very good written and spoken German

Growth path
